AC 200
Acrylic Injection Resin
Overview
Galaxie AC200 is a blend of acrylic polymers in conjunction with an accelerator and catalyst system. Upon mixing of the components a chemical reaction occurs and a waterproof flexible gel is formed. Galaxie AC200 has the benefit of being non corrosive. It is available in two grades –Galaxie AC200 and Galaxie AC200 EST (Extended Set Time)

Polyurethane Grout for Water Stopping
Overview
Galaxie PU Cut is a single-shot hydrophobic polyurethane based on MDI in combination with polyether polyols and an amine-based catalyst. The system only reacts when it comes into contact with moisture, producing a high expansion rate rigid polyurethane.

PU RS
2 Component Rapid Setting Polyurethane Grout
Overview
Galaxie PU RS is based on a polyol component (part A) and a polymeric MDI (part B). When mixed, a hydrophobic closed cell polyurethane foam is formed which is tough, rigid and resistant to a wide range of chemicals.Galaxie PU RS reacts rapidly enabling the product to cut off large water leaks. The high expansion rate is great for filling of voids and when confined has excellent compressive strength.

Semi Flexible Polyurethane Grout
Overview
Galaxie PU Flex is a single-shot hydrophobic polyurethane based on MDI in combination with polyether polyols and an amine-based catalyst. The system only reacts when it comes into contact with moisture, producing a semi-flexible polyurethane.Galaxie PU Flex has a low viscosity and will penetrate fine cracks when injected under pressure.
