INJECTION RESIN LV
Extra Low Viscosity Injection Resin
Galaxie Injection Resin LV is a low modulus, extra low viscosity, epoxy adhesive designed to be injected into cracks which exhibit minor movement or are subject to shock or vibration. Its low viscosity allows maximum penetration into small, hairline cracks or fractures. Galaxie Injection Resin LV is insensitive to moisture, allowing for injection into damp cracks. After injection and in its cured state, Galaxie Injection Resin LV returns structural integrity and protects reinforcement while at the same time compensating for movement and vibration.
Galaxie Injection Resin LV is supplied in two grades for all temperature uses – Standard Grade and Tropical Grade (TG).
INJECTION RESIN
Epoxy Binder and Injection Resin
Galaxie Injection Resin is a high modulus, low viscosity, epoxy resin designed for injection into non-moving cracks in concrete structures. Its medium to low viscosity will allow maximum penetration into small cracks. Galaxie Injection Resin exhibits extremely high strength in its cured state, thereby restoring structural integrity. It is moisture insensitive, allowing for injection into damp cracks.
LGA
Liquid Grout Additive
Galaxie LGA is a new generation superplasticizer for concrete. It contains polycarboxylate ether polymers and is specially formulated to give exceptionally high water reduction, greater workability and extended slump retention. It is a non-chloride liquid admixture, which had been formulate to comply with the requirements of ASTM C 494 for Type G water-reducing, high range, and retarding admixtures. It fully meets the requirements of BS5075: Part 3: 1985 for retarding superplasticising admixtures and it is compatible with all cements meeting recognized international standards.
Using water to increase the workability of cement can severly weaken the setting strength. Galaxie LGA polycarboxylate disperses cement by combining the traditional effect of electrostatic repulsion with ‘steric hindrance’ facilitated by the molecular structure of polycaboxylate ether-based technology. This provides greater dispersion compared with electric only repulsion from those conventional BNS and SMF based superplasticisers. Galaxie LGA requires a lower dosage compared to conventional superplasticisers by provides greater workability characteristics for high slump, flowable self-compacting concrete with greatly reduced water demand.

Water Stopping Polyurethane Grout
Galaxie MLN 100 is a single-shot hydrophobic polyurethane based on MDI in combination with polyether polyols and an amine based
catalyst. The system only reacts when it comes into contact with water, producing a rigid polyurethane foam.
MLN 110
Semi-Flexible Polyurethane Grout
Galaxie MLN 110 / Galaxie Kat 110 is a single-shot hydrophobic polyurethane based on MDI in combination with polyether polyols and an amine based catalyst. The system only reacts when it comes into contact with water, producing a semi-flexible polyurethane foam.
MLN 130
Semi-Flexible Polyurethane Grout
Galaxie MLN 130 / Galaxie Kat 130 is a single-shot hydrophobic polyurethane based on MDI in combination with polyether polyols and an amine based catalyst. The system only reacts when it comes into contact with water, producing a semi-flexible polyurethane foam.
UPE
Universal Epoxy Paste
Galaxie UEP is a high modulus, high strength, universal epoxy paste designed for the surface sealing of cracks prior to injection. Used for surface spall repairs and bonding new concrete to old. It is moisture insensitive and will cure in a damp environment.
Clean, dry, silica sand may be added to develop a non-sag gel mortar capable of overhead and vertical patching in layers up to two inches thick.
EEG
EXTENDED EPOXY GROUT
Galaxie Extended Epoxy Grout is a three component, pourable, high strength epoxy grout designed to anchor dowel and tie bars into concrete pavements. It can also be used for bonding miscellaneous materials to concrete where a fast cure is required.
