Waterproofing by Crystallisation
Galaxie WP Concentrate is a surface-applied crystalline waterproofing treatment for concrete. Supplied as a dry powder consisting of Portland cement, specially treated quartz sand and a proprietary blend of active chemicals, it is mixed with water on site and applied directly to prepared concrete surfaces. No primer or separate bonding agent is required.Once applied, the active chemicals react with free lime and moisture in the concrete capillary system to form insoluble crystalline complexes. These crystals progressively block capillaries and minor shrinkage cracks, preventing water ingress even under sustained hydrostatic pressure. The treatment remains breathable water vapour can still pass through the structure. Crystal growth continues as long as moisture and free lime are present, giving Galaxie WP Concentrate ongoing self-sealing capability throughout the life of the concrete. In addition to waterproofing, WP Concentrate protects concrete against seawater, wastewater, aggressive groundwater and certain chemical solutions. It is potable water approved and is suitable for water storage tanks and reservoirs.

WP Premix is a single-component crystalline waterproofing slurry for concrete. Supplied as a dry powder requiring only the addition of clean water on site, it can be used as a standalone damp-proofing treatment or as a second coat over Galaxie WP Concentrate where a two-coat system is specified. Applied as a second coat, WP Premix chemically reinforces the crystalline layer and produces a harder surface finish.WP Premix prevents water and liquid penetration from any direction by triggering a catalytic reaction with free lime and moisture in the concrete capillary system, forming insoluble crystalline complexes that permanently block capillaries and pores. The treatment becomes an integral part of the substrate and cannot puncture, tear or delaminate.

Cementitious Polymer Coating
Galaxie WP FLEX is a two-component acrylic modified cementitious waterproofing membrane for use on concrete, masonry and most construction substrates. Mixed on site, itforms a seamless, flexible, hardwearing membrane that waterproofs and resurfaces structures while providing high resistance to carbonation and chloride ion penetration.WP FLEX provides an effective barrier to waterborne salts and atmospheric gases. A 1 mm coating provides an anti-carbonation cover equivalent to over 80 mm of concrete. Unlike conventional coatings requiring the concrete to cure for 7–28 days, WP FLEX can be applied to 24-hour-old concrete, giving immediate protection. WP FLEX should not be left exposed; it should be protected by tiles or an appropriate protective coating where required.

Silicate Densifier and Water proofer
Galaxie SDW 1 is a chemically modified silicate densifier and waterproofing solution designed to penetrate concrete substrates. It reacts with free lime (calcium hydroxide) and moisture to form an insoluble calcium silicate hydrate (CSH) gel within pores, capillaries, and micro-cracks, permanently densifying the concrete matrix. By densifying the concrete, the gel creates a sub-surface barrier against the ingress of water and contaminants such as chloride ions.
•Water-based, non-toxic, VOC-free

Crystalline Silicate Waterproofer & Hardener
WP SDW 7 is a chemically modified silicate densifier and waterproofing solution designed to penetrate deep into concrete substrates. Its biowetting formulation lowers surface tension so the product wets out fast and penetrates further than standard silicate sealers, migrating through the concrete's capillary network to reach fine pores that untreated products cannot. It reacts with free lime (calcium hydroxide) and moisture in the concrete to form an insoluble calcium silicate gel within the pores, capillaries and micro-cracks. This gel permanently densifies the concrete matrix, blocks the pathways used by water and waterborne salts, and seals static cracks up to 2.0 mm wide. Because the reaction happens below the surface rather than forming a film, the concrete keeps its natural texture and stays fully trafficable, there's no risk of the bubbling, peeling or blistering you get with film-forming coatings. The gel stays active for the life of the structure. If a hairline crack opens up later, moisture reaching it triggers the same reaction and reseals it no reapplication needed.
•Biowetting formulation for fast, even wetting and deeper penetration.
•Water-based, non-toxic, low-odour.
•Seals static concrete cracks up to 2.0 mm wide.
•Self-healing reseals future hairline cracks on contact with moisture, no reapplication needed.
•Reduces chloride diffusion coefficient by up to 89%, protecting reinforcing steel.
•Reduces water permeability by up to 70%.
•Fully trafficable immediately after the first water-cure cycle no site downtime.
•No film to bubble, peel or blister concrete keeps its natural surface texture and grip.
•Resists heavy mechanical wear, abrasion and vehicle traffic.
•Infrastructure & asset protection: multi-level car parks, road and rail bridge decks, airport runways, taxiways and aprons.
•Civil & marine structures: wharf decks, concrete piers, splash-zone infrastructure, marine retaining walls.
•Commercial building envelopes: exposed concrete rooftops, podium decks, facades, pre-cast panels.
