Low Viscosity Epoxy Injection Resin

Overview

Galaxie LV is a high modulus, low viscosity, epoxy resin designed for injection into non-moving cracks in concrete structures. It’s low viscosity will allow maximum penetration into small cracks. Galaxie LV exhibits extremely high strength in its cured state, thereby restoring structural integrity. It is moisture tolerant, allowing for injection into damp cracks.

EP SLV

Super Low Viscosity Epoxy Injection Resin

Overview

Galaxie SLV is a low modulus, extra low viscosity, epoxy adhesive designed to be injected into cracks which exhibit minor movement or are subject to shock or vibration. Its low viscosity allows maximum penetration into small, hairline cracks or fractures. Galaxie Injection Resin SLV is insensitive to moisture, allowing for injection into damp cracks. After injection and in its cured state, Galaxie Injection Resin SLV returns structural integrity and protects reinforcement while at the same time compensating for movement and vibration.Galaxie Injection Resin SLV is supplied in two grades for all temperature uses - Standard Grade and Tropical Grade (TG).

Flexible Epoxy Injection Resin

Overview

Galaxie EP Flex is a low modulus, epoxy resin designed for use as a flexible jointing sealant for horizontal areas. Galaxie EP Flex can also be used as a highly flexible crack injection resin for non-structural crack repairs.

Universal Epoxy Paste

Overview

Galaxie UEP is a high modulus, high strength, universal epoxy paste designed for the rapid surface sealing of cracks prior to injection. Used for surface spall repairs and bonding new concrete to old. It is moisture insensitive and will cure in a damp environment.Clean, dry, silica sand may be added to develop a non-sag gel mortar capable of overhead and vertical patching in layers up to two inches thick

Galaxie DP Deep Pour Epoxy Grout is a three component, pourable and pumpable, high strength epoxy grout designed to install anchor dowel and tie bars into concrete. It can also be used for bonding miscellaneous materials to concrete where a fast cure is required.

Polymer Latex Additive

Overview

Galaxie SBR 46 is a liquid, water-based, styrene butadiene polymer latex with high bonding characteristics. It is stable under wet alkaline conditions forming a reinforcing polymer matrix within cementitious mixes.
