Galaxie Construction Chemicals is a specialist range of injection resins, waterproofing systems and ground stabilisation products, developed by TAM Australia specifically for contractors working in mining, civil construction and specialist ground engineering. Backed by decades of hands-on industry experience, Galaxie products are engineered for performance in demanding, real-world site conditions — not mass-market convenience.

Our Story

Galaxie's roots go back to 1988, when Martin Robbins founded the original TAM a specialist chemical injection and ground treatment business built from the ground up on practical, contractor-facing product development. Over the following two decades, Martin grew TAM into a respected name in the Australian injection and ground engineering industry, before selling the company to Normet, an international ground engineering group, in June 2012.
Martin continued working within the business for several more years before stepping away in 2019. In 2021, he established TAM Australia Pty Ltd, based in Myrtle Bank, South Australia, returning to the specialist chemical injection and ground treatment work that had defined his career from the start.
In 2023, at the direct request of contractors and clients wanting a dedicated, purpose-built product range, TAM Australia launched Galaxie Construction Chemicals — a brand created specifically for the needs of contractors on-site: fast-reacting resins, reliable waterproofing systems, and ground stabilisation products built for real application conditions, not laboratory ideals.

What We Make

Leak Sealing & Injection Waterproofing — including PU Flex and PU SF (Super Flex), engineered for fast, reliable leak sealing and long-term structural protection

Structural Repair, Bonding & Epoxy Systems — including SLV and LV epoxy injection resins for deep penetration and long-term durability, UEP epoxy paste (2-hour cure at 25°C for same-day injection), and DP epoxy grout for post-tension duct applications

Ground Stabilisation, Void Filling & Slab Jacking — expanding polyurethane systems for soil consolidation, void filling and slab lifting
