7. Delivery
Delivery Area We supply products to addresses within Australia and New Zealand only.
Delivery Timeframes We aim to dispatch orders within 2–5 business days of order confirmation, subject to stock availability. Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by third party carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
Delivery Costs Delivery costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout for online orders, or communicated to you at the time of order for offline orders.
Risk and Title Risk in goods passes to you upon delivery. Title to goods passes to you upon receipt of full payment.

Change of Mind We do not accept returns for change of mind on chemical products due to the nature of the goods.
Faulty or Damaged Goods If goods are faulty or damaged upon delivery, please contact us within 48 hours at info@tamaustralia.com.au. We will assess the claim and, where applicable, offer a replacement, repair or refund at our discretion.
Incorrect Product If we supply an incorrect product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange collection and replacement at our cost.
Returns Process No goods are to be returned without prior written authorisation from us. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
